Direct Placement Staffing
With our direct hire service, Preferred handles the recruiting and screening of candidates so that you can focus on your business. By working with Preferred, you rely on professional recruiters with access to a range of resources. We recruit, screen, and refer qualified candidates to meet your unique hiring needs.
Preferred’s payrolling service allows you to benefit from the talents of people that you have sourced, but are unable to immediately hire as an employee of your company. Put them on our payroll and, as the employer, PS&R is responsible for payroll, unemployment and workers’ compensation administration and all employment related statutory costs.
Your complete satisfaction is how we measure our success. We stand behind our promise of providing skilled, vetted employees who are a cultural fit for your organization. If you’re not happy, we haven’t done our job.
To ensure your satisfaction, Preferred gives a three-month guarantee for direct hire placements. If the employee leaves or is terminated during the first 90 days of employment, we will find a suitable replacement or refund your fee accordingly:
100% of the fee 0-30 days
60% of the fee 31-60 days
30% of the fee 61-90 days
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the performance of a Preferred temporary employee, please notify us immediately. We will replace that person as soon as possible. If you notify us by noon on the second day of an assignment, you will not be billed for the employee who is being replaced.
